How to open it so you can type in it

This is an interactive PDF, so how you open it matters. Please follow these steps to make sure the fillable fields work correctly:

Download the file first. After purchase, save the PDF to your device rather than just previewing it in a browser tab — some in-browser preview windows don't support typing into form fields.
